Story (IP) Overtakes VIRTUAL To Enter The TOP 10 AI Token List

by Josphat Kariuki

Story (IP) has increased by about 31.45% over the past day. This puts it in the top 10 largest AI coins and raises its market capitalization to about $801 million. Growing buying pressure has been driving the robust rally, and indicators such as the ADX and CMF are confirming how strong the uptrend is.

With its EMA structure supporting ongoing bullish movement, the technical setup of the story indicates that momentum is accelerating. Story could test $4 or higher soon if this trend continues, but it runs the risk of a steep correction to $2.16 or lower if momentum wanes.

Story ADX Indicates a Very Strong Uptrend Right Now

Story's ADX is rising rapidly; it was only 34.2 a day ago and is now at 55.1. This sharp rise suggests that Story's trend is becoming stronger at a never-before-seen rate.
The Average Directional Index, or ADX, gauges the strength of the current movement but does not identify whether the trend is bullish or bearish.

This rising ADX indicates that momentum is accelerating rather than slowing down, which supports the possibility of additional gains as Story (IP) is already in an uptrend and at an all-time high.

On a scale of 0 to 100, the ADX is used to measure trend strength; readings above 25 indicate a strong trend, while readings over 50 indicate an extreme trend.

Story's ADX has hit its highest level ever, at 55.1, indicating that its uptrend is more robust than it has ever been. This could indicate that there is still a lot of buying pressure, which could push Story's price even higher as traders keep boosting the rally and make it one of the altcoins with the best performance in recent days.

Even though the uptrend is very strong, a cooling-off period could eventually occur if momentum begins to wane because such high ADX values also increase the risk of overextension.

Currently trading at 0.10, Story CMF (Chaikin Money Flow) has recovered significantly from its negative peak of -0.40 on February 15 and from -0.19 yesterday.

This rapid shift from negative to positive territory suggests a significant increase in buying pressure after a period of strong outflows. In order to ascertain whether money is moving into or out of the market, CMF calculates the volume-weighted accumulation and distribution of an asset.

A rising CMF frequently indicates growing bullish momentum and restored investor confidence, particularly following an extended period of negative territory.

Positive readings above 0 indicate accumulation (buying pressure), while negative readings below 0 suggest distribution (selling pressure). CMF values range from -1 to +1.

As more money pours into the asset, the story's CMF of 0.10 indicates that buyers are taking control and bolstering its current upward trend. Price appreciation may be further supported if CMF rises further, confirming sustained accumulation.

Story has recently surpassed VIRTUAL in market capitalization and is now one of the top 10 largest AI coins.

However, it might be a sign that buying momentum is waning and could result in consolidation or a pullback if CMF finds it difficult to hold onto positive territory and drops back toward zero.

With short-term moving averages above long-term ones and a healthy gap between them, Story's EMA lines verify that it is in a strong uptrend.

Given that the trend is still providing strong support for the price action, this separation suggests ongoing bullish momentum. Short-term EMAs above long-term ones with a noticeable gap indicate that buying pressure is outweighing selling pressure, which supports the uptrend's continuation.

Higher price levels may soon be attained if the most recent Layer-1 keeps up this trend. Story may soon test $4 or even surpass that level for the first time if this upward trend persists.

Given the strength of its current rally, a price spike to $3.7 would bring it closer to the $1 billion mark, given its current market cap of about $700 million.

However, Story (IP) may retest support at $2.16 if it loses steam, particularly given that other AI coins have begun to correct sharply in the past month.

A breakdown below that mark might lead to a more significant correction, possibly a 50% drop from current levels, toward $1.6 or even $1.36.
