BlockPool BPL was developed in 2017 by Kevin Bacon and Ken Foster. The platform is an utilized API- based coding model designed to pass data to required plugins. With BPL plugins people are finally able to share datasets. The blockchain distributes resources easily by calling on different mini programs instead of one massive piece of hardware intensive software.
