The DIEM coin was developed in 2014 and later abandoned by its creators. Subsequently, an effort
was made to bring the project back to life from members of the community. This, however, didn’t
end well, and today the coin is inactive. In its prime time, DIEM acted as both an investment asset
and a coin. It was not mineable, Proof-of-statement currency with a 1%year supply increase.
Transactions on the platform were anonymous and fast, and the coin could be purchased, exchanged
