Cryptopia was started back in 2014 and is based in New Zealand. CryptopiaFeeShares CEFS is a token that is used on the Cryptopia exchange and marketplace. The company has upgraded its method of rewarding shareholders from the traditional mechanism of paying a fixed amount of dollars. Cryptopia takes 4,5% of the gross fees collected every month for each currency offered on the market thus allowing the profits to be split among all CEFS shareholders. Only 6300 tokens were ever created to replicate the shares each holder already owned, and no more CEFS will ever be created. The token was released back in February 2017. It is currently available for trading only on the Cryptopia website.
