NovaCoin NVC is a currency based on the combination of PoS and PoW systems. The Proof of stake system was designed to address vulnerable points that could occur in the Proof of work system, connecting the two systems and having them work in complete synchronization. NovaCoin’s transactions and exchanges are peer-to-peer network based. NVC is used as a trading source for different fiat currencies, other digital currencies, and mostly online exchanges. Transactions are not reversible, so there is no possible danger of chargebacks. Payments are made with digital-signature based addresses. They are 34-number strings and letters that always begin with a specific number code – 4.
