Propy (PRO) is the first international blockchain-based real-estate marketplace in the world. It is backed by superior blockchain infrastructure that allows it to run the real-time unified transactions smoothly and to reduce redundancy and skulduggery.

This California-based decentralized marketplace has a scalable business model. It allows anyone anywhere in the world to sell and buy real estate online. Propy charges brokers per transaction, and when a property is purchased, it takes a small percentage (l owest percentage at 0,2%, 1% at average) of the final price.

The Propy Utility Tokens are built on the ERC20 token standard and the ones paid for writing data to the Propy Registry are stored in a Rewards small contract on the Ethereum blockchain, then pai d out to the token holders, proportional to the Propy owned. The system generates a token distribution snapshot, stored in the blockchain, which verifies that rewards are correctly distributed and that the title deeds and the property rights are immutably recorded.

Propy has also announced at the end of April 2018 an open Developer program to develop the Decentralized Registry of the platform further.
