HOQU is a decentralized marketing platform. The tokens are called HQX and users need them to interact with each other on the platform. The amount of created HQX tokens are 300 854 400. During the ICO, 65% of the tokens were available for buying. The price was set to 0.22 USD for an HQX token. Accepted methods of payment were LTC, BTC, and ETH. The ICO lasted from 27.11.2017 until 11.01.2018 and raised 18 782 400 USD, which was 57% of the goal.
