This is achieved as the identities of planners are confirmed through ID verification by GitHub. Updates are quantified and displayed on the ICOVO website to make the actual status of the project more transparent. Fraud is avoided by DAICOVO - the implementation of DAICO. It is a model that prevents the ICO organizers from misusing funds raised through ICO. The platform will limit the amounts of accumulated funds that the project promoters can download per unit of time, and if the project is canceled for any reason, the remaining funds can be returned to ICO investors.
