Stobox Technologies Inc. is a Wyoming corporation for use by certain qualified potential purchasers to whom the company is offering the opportunity to purchase Stobox security tokens, smart contracts issued on the Ethereum blockchain network, each of which shall represent 1 share of Stobox Technologies Inc. The purchase of tokens will be embodied in and documented by a Purchase Agreement concerning the tokens to be entered into between the company and qualified purchasers purchasing such securities in the offering.
