Substratum is an ICO based on an open sorce platform which focuses on giving free and unrestricted access to content. The ICO works with two tokens called Substrate and Atoms, where Subrate is equal to dollars and Atoms is equal to cents. The tokens are tradable on the platform and earned while serving requests. The tokens will acquire value with the growing participation of the users.
