UMKA is the new way of delegating tasks! The platform is ideal for breaking down a project into parts, and delegating them to a specific person. A manager can also create groups without limitation of participants, allowing multiple freelancers to work on the same task simultaneously. Milestones are set by the managers, and are divided according to 3 major factors: budget, timeframe, and workload. The platform also provides an arbitrary system to resolve any issues that might arise. Even the language barrier wouldn’t be a problem, as an integrated google translator will eliminate that. All members (employers included) will have a digital profile where their skills, competencies, and feedback are stated. These profiles can be updated as needed. All information is stored on IPFS, and blockchain, and the platform supports fiat currencies as well as crypto coins.
