2026 European Humanoid Robots Summit Lands in Stuttgart This September
As a landmark event for the global humanoid robotics industry, the summit focuses on technological innovation, commercialization, and ecosystem collaboration.
Following the successful launch of the 2025 European Humanoid Robots Summit in Berlin, which drew widespread industry attention, Humanoid Robots Summit Europe 2026 — Europe’s premier professional summit for humanoid robotics — will move to Stuttgart, Germany. The event will take place September 9–11, 2026, at the Stuttgart Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Liederhalle.
Organized by ACG Events Global, the summit upholds the high standards and global influence of its predecessor. It is expected to bring together 40+ leading global exhibitors, 1,000+ industry decision-makers, 500+ participating companies, and 30+ internationally renowned experts. Centered on technological innovation, commercialization, ethical standards, and ecosystem collaboration, the summit will create a hybrid international platform integrating keynote speeches, professional forums, enterprise visits, and business matchmaking, accelerating the transition of humanoid robots from laboratories to mass production and real‑world applications.
Summit Highlights
Top-tier Confirmed Speakers Focused on Mass Production & Application
The summit has confirmed a roster of global leaders in humanoid robotics, covering whole-machine R&D, core components, embodied intelligence, industrial deployment, benchmarking, and standards. Confirmed speakers include:
- James Wells, CEO of Sanctuary AI, on how general-purpose humanoids solve labor shortages in European manufacturing and service industries.
- Michael Gienger, Chief Scientist at Honda Research Institute Europe, unveiling breakthroughs in Honda’s new multi-fingered robotic hand.
- Werner Kraus, Head of Robotics at Fraunhofer IPA, on benchmarking systems and standard development for industrial humanoid robots.
- Fabio Puglia, President and CTO of Oversonic Robotics, on multimodal perception and safe human-robot interaction for GDPR- and medical-compliant general-purpose humanoids.
- André Scholz, Head of Innovation Department Autonomous Factory at Siemens, on how AI, digital twins, and humanoids redefine future production systems.
- Andreas Friedrich, Managing Director of Technology & Strategy at Allegro MicroSystems, on sensor evolution from precise sensing to intelligent decision-making.
Full Industry Chain Coverage Addressing Core Pain Points. The summit will deep-dive into key topics including the European AI and robotics policy framework, mass production of general-purpose robots, integration of embodied intelligence and large models, dexterous manipulation and motion control, actuator technology, deployment in industrial, logistics, household, medical, and firefighting scenarios, EU compliance, and commercialization. It will tackle bottlenecks in technology, supply chain coordination, market access, and large-scale deployment.
Immersive Experience & Benchmark Enterprise Visits. On September 11, an exclusive benchmark enterprise tour will take participants to leading European institutions including Fraunhofer IPA. Attendees will observe humanoid robots operating in real industrial environments, engage directly with core R&D teams on technical roadmaps and deployment logic, with limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
High-Value Business Networking & Global Partnerships. The event will feature a dedicated exhibition area, VIP dinner, and targeted matchmaking sessions. These connect humanoid robot manufacturers, core component suppliers, algorithm teams, investors, and end-users to drive technology cooperation, business orders, and strategic alliances, speeding up the global commercialization of humanoid robotics.
