Web3 X AI Fusion Abu Dhabi Explores the Convergence of Intelligence and Decentralization
Thought leaders, founders, and technologists gathered to showcase the convergence of AI and decentralization at the Web3 X AI Fusion: Abu Dhabi, organized by VAP Group and powered by the Times of AI, as part of the Global AI Show held on 8-9th December 2025. The event focused on exploring the convergence between Web3 and AI in changing the landscape related to decentralized innovation and ownership.
The event featured a forward-looking panel discussion titled “Intelligence on Chain: Exploring the Synergy Between AI and Web3.” The session brought together eminent industry personalities like Anis Chohan, the co-founder and CTO of Inflectiv, and Mamadou Kwidjim Toure, the founder and CEO of the Ubuntu Group. The session was moderated by Sudipan Sinha, the CEO of Chainrisk. The discussion revolved around real-world use cases in decentralized finance, data marketplace, identity, and on-chain governance, with a focus on scalability, security, and ethics in the growing use of AI and Web3.”
Panelists shared views on real-world applications across decentralized finance, data marketplaces, identity, and on-chain governance, emphasizing scalability, security, and ethical considerations as AI and Web3 adoption accelerate.
The event also featured a fireside conversation titled “The AI + Web3 Founder’s Playbook: Funding, Building, and Scaling in 2026” by Lukasz Gniwecki, Head of AI Compute Product at Singularity.net, where he shared insights on navigating funding landscapes, infrastructure challenges, and product scalability at the intersection of AI and decentralized technologies. Moderating this session was Sadiya Kauser Ahmed, co-founder, and community builder, Decoding Data Science.
The event concluded with an interactive networking meetup, Stories that Inspire Action, where participants were able to share the stories, ideas, and innovations in an open mic setting. It allowed for collaboration, learning, and networking in the web3 ecosystem.
Web 3 X AI Fusion: Abu Dhabi was a strong platform for facilitating dialogue and collaboration at the frontier between artificial intelligence and decentralization.
