Crypto investors will be able to buy and sell only on the IOS app at the moment – Yahoo‘s PR representative Caitlin O‘ Neill explained. She added that the Desktop, Android, and mobile web options are currently under development and will be ready in the upcoming weeks.
During the press release of the new cryptocurrency trading, Yahoo Finance did not specify that the Desktop feature was available for a short period of time.
Users who want to take part in and trade on the platform can do it via a third-party broker. TradeIt is an official partner of Yahoo and by linking their account to the platform, users can exchange a variety of cryptocurrencies. First on the IOS app and later on Desktop and Android.
