Adnan started his career as a software developer with a keen interest in game programming and went through rapid transformation over the next few years with exposure and experience as a BA, Architect, Test Analyst in Test Automation & Performance Testing roles and finally leading & managing a QA team of over 40 on a transformation project. The vast experience allowed Adnan to understand the shortcoming in traditional development strategies where inefficiencies and low productivity was rampant. This allowed Adnan to use a small team at Incubasys and string together a culture & process which would go on to launch a number of successful start up products. Incubasys was his big change from enterprise to the big bold world of entrepreneurship and start ups. As a CTO he now leads the technology divisions at Incubasys and 3 high potential start ups aimed at smart innovation in their respective verticals - Smart Cities, IoT & Blockchain.
