I have more than 10 years telecom work experience in mobile organization. In this period I grew from usual engineer to head of department operation and maintenance network it was largest department in technical unit (about 60 people in staff). There I was combined engineering and management functions. In period last four years we were updated and optimization staff and equipment. Equipment all subsystems: Radio, Core, Backhall. Our team did some Upgrades and Updates with vendors engineer staff and without. Also I have a lot of experience in procurement and logistic work in borders of department. Equipment, technical support, udating service. We bought service and equipment from different vendors, like Huawei, Nokia, NEC, Cisco, and a lot of small company from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus. During the period of work, the technical support costs were reduced by more than 60%. It was our success. Now our team is preparing for the launch of the IСO project MoBee. We offer a mobile virtual network operator project with payments in cryptocurrency. Our proposal is a unique product.
