As the head of management consultancy firm Joint Venture Enterprise (JVE), Mr de St. Amatus has a passion for stimulating growth for client organisations and developing the surrounding community. Mr de St. Amatus has accumulated significant experience in the traditional platforms for raising capital however, client firms have often stated that they were stonewalled by conventional fundraising campaigns due to the structural nature of their business, however the alternative funding models applied by JVE prevailed with a competitively attractive cost of capital for the client. Currently JVE is working intensively with clients, utilising ICO’s and the Blockchain technology to revolutionise the way businesses are able to expand and create value within their respective industries.
