I was an equity analyst at Deutsche Bank, UBS and SEB. Then in 1994, I founded my own company IR CONSULT (www.ir-consult.com) for fundamental investor relations and IPOs. Thus I did more than 25 IPOs of mid- to large caps in Europe. My team assists in nearly 100 IPOs in Europe.
