After almost 10 years in the recruitment industry, I realized the simple truth: the hardest challenges give me the most satisfaction. I have helped to fill hard positions for some of the biggest companies. Finding a right match is always a process & each of those "impossible" matches has a story worthy of Sherlock Holmes. I was introduced to blockchain as early as 2010 but only a few years back it really captured my attention. I realized it is more than just bitcoin & quick money. It carries the immense potential of shaping our tomorrow in ways we just started to discover. Finding new application of this new technology is one of the most rewarding experiences in my professional life, not only because of the excitement it brings, but because I truly believe that total Transparency, Decentralization & Community-controlled ecosystems will eventually help us achieve a world we crave for. Today my main strength is the ability to find or identify the best projects that will shape the coming future of various industries. We believe that passive candidates can be more efficient in qualifying a candidate than a keyword matching recruiter. >> Sama Network With Sama Network, we are trying to create a mechanism which gives the community power to take part in important social decisions. Currently, we are prototyping a platform that gives power to the community to develop a safety net for the underprivileged kids, developing a learning environment & building a support system for people fighting for them.
