Ari Pham has been a self-starter, a life-long learner, an entrepreneur since 16 years old when she built her first beauty business in high school. Growing up with entrepreneurial spirit, she moved on to build startups in in-door decor business, personalized fashion production and started her e-commerce business during university life. Then she sought to sharpen professional business skills and expand her connections by working for ANZ bank, SMEs, startups and venture capital. Ari has sharp business sense, a highly analytical mind and an exceptional negotiation skill. Being an entrepreneur at heart, she is fascinated by changes and new business opportunities. Ari gets back on her entrepreneur adventure after acquiring a large network and solid business skill set. She advises and helps startups to raise fund from investors at early stages. With her business partners, she also builds a software development company and a performance marketing business. That is when she fell in love with data and technology. Being a self-starter, she has good skill to harness resources and people to realize opportunities into real business. Ari makes sure Blockchain Evolution working smoothly thanks to her experience in setting up new businesses and building lean team of best performers. She is now leading and managing a team of ICO researchers and analysts. Performance marketing taught and requires her to learn and attain data analytics skill. She now works with data engineers and data scientists to build our predictive analysis models for better, data-driven investment decisions at the fund. Ari values freedom, equity and empowerment.
