I graduated with a Masters of Science in Marketing: eCommerce from Texas A&M in 2003. Studies within the program included coding, IOT, micro transactions, business accounting, and market research techniques. As a Capital Markets Manager from 2007 - 2010 I oversaw the trading of hundreds of millions of dollars in securities and treasuries. I used treasuries to hedge assignments of trade and mandatory deliveries to investors. I am currently a Mortgage Banker and I have funded loans for over 100 million dollars in residential real estate in the United States. I am very familiar with RESPA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and all other US loan program rules/guidelines. I am also an experienced real estate investor and own a property management company that manages the real estate I own in Texas. I am versed in US property tax law and US income tax law. I first began thoroughly researching and investing into crypto currencies in 2016, and have a very diverse portfolio.
