With three degrees in engineering and an MBA from The University of Oxford, Cesar brings a unique skill set developed over his vast career. In 2008 he transitioned into Corporate and Investment Banking for several global financial institutions where he was responsible for marketing and business development for 11 countries. Recently he served as the President of the Oxford Business Alumni Association for five years in London.
