A seasoned acquisition, logistics and business operations expert with 25 years of field experience in organizing, planning, and resolving substantial problems in the US Government/Military Industrial Complex. His specialties are procurement, contracts Law, policy development, organizational theory and practice, information technology, computer networks and the sustainment of complex supply chains. He joins Coinerz as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for managing the internal growth of Coinerz Group.
