I provide a complete roadmap to develop a feasible and practical business model that benefits all the stakeholders, promoters, investors and customers. She understand the entire BlockChain ecosystem including the business plan with white paper development, fund raising through ICO, BlockChain development, Exchange development or listing on existing exchanges and trading. I provide handholding for all these services. IT Development In this role, I guide a team of highly skilled and motivated software engineers working on different projects and ERP including: • CAS ERP, CHS ERP, RAIS ERP, HAS ERP, CARS ERP and IVTS ERP development • Developing and designing websites and mobile Apps for different business models including the multi-vendor Ecommerce websites and Cryptocurrency exchanges • Projects related to data mining and machine learning Project Management Skills • Translating business problems/requirements into technical specifications for configuration or development • Bringing in SME expertise, Talent pool & Coordination for complex projects • Manage customers’ expectations, and aim for high CSAT scores • Making sure the implementations are completed within time and budgets • Interface with presales and sales teams from solutioning and effort estimation etc • Indirect revenue generation by identifying cross selling / additional opportunities with existing clients.
