Mr. Guttman is an IT professional with a strong, diversified technical and management background including excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. He has extensive experience in data design and analysis as relates to AML and Sanctions relating to assuring compliance with various governmental guidelines and regulations. He has worked with the development and validation on numerous AML and Sanctions screening scenarios. Architected and built a data warehouse for a major financial institution to analyze all of its Investment Bank transactions and create a dashboard to show where there were potential risks. This involved detailed design and analysis work with the business units of the bank to develop the algorithms that would properly rate the credit risks in discrete areas such as, Geographic risk, Industry risk and Reputational risk. As chief Technology Officer for KnowledgeWare managed a team of 120 developers and created numerous commercial products. Worked as a member of cooperate management to deliver technology on time and within budget. Managed the technology budget of over $2,000,000 per year.
