Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada, Chief Investment Consultant of Shanghai LVMEI Consulting Co.

Geoff graduated summa cum laude from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the No.1 Financial & Accounting School in China in 1992 and is a member of CPA-Ontario, Canada. In the last 10 years, Geoff served as financial controller and CFO positions with listed companies in both Canada and Asia. His latest position in Canada was CFO with MagIndustries Corp., a Toronto based mining investment company which was listed on TSX. Geoff founded LVMEI Consulting in Shanghai early 2017 and now works as Chief Investment Consultant. LVMEI’s mission is to bring more Chinese companies to Toronto Stock Exchange for IPOs. As a very active member of blockchain community in Shanghai, Geoff is enthusiastic about blockchain technology and putting more time in researching its business applications. He is now co-founding a blockchain alumni association for his Alma Mater. Benefitted from his Controller background, he has honed his skills and insights in evaluating various ICO projects as well as IPOs. Geoff is a Canadian citizen and spends equal time in Toronto and Shanghai every year.
