Bloquid: transforming real estate into liquid digital asset

I’m sure, that the world needs new distributed financial system, governed by people, and real estate is a proper basis for it, because it is the most valuable and distributed private asset. Studying eDemocracy since 2009, I realized —  that the people need strong economic motivation to spend time, participating in collective governance. I believe that the governance model, we developing, will lead people to better understand the potential of decentralization and electronic democracy and give them economic capacity to build a new better sustainable world. We are developing a solution that makes it possible to unleash huge economic potential locked in real estate, without the need to use of fiat currencies, bank lending, and payment of loan interest.
