I’m a software developer and tech-entrepreneur with a distinct passion for safety. With ‘safety’ itself being too broad of a notion, and with personal experience in the Occupational Health and Safety sector, my co-founder and I decided in 2015 that we would dive deep into the world of workplace safety. In an effort to redefine the ways in which organizations think about and approach safety, we founded Safeguard: a full-spectrum, Safety-as-a-Service platform for organizational and operational safety management. Apart from my passion for safety, I’m a software developer and technology enthusiast with a strong belief in AI and Blockchain technologies as key instigators for a not only a better, more equitable world; but also as catalysts for a much safer world. As you might guess, I’m now in the process of guiding Safeguard to a convergence point between these two pillars: safety and technology.
