Jens Kroeger

Jens Kroeger works as a senior consultant for Cassini Consulting - an award-winning strategy and management consultancy based in Germany. As a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, he advises clients mainly in agile and digital transformation projects. Jens Kroeger uses his knowledge and skills for companies of various sizes and industries. While being primarily engaged in scaling agile in areas in and outside of software development and dealing with disruptive cross-sectional technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts, he runs a performance marketing company in his spare-time and invests in startups and companies around the globe. Jens Kroeger publishes articles for various magazines and websites but also serves as a lecturer for educational organizations. He is an active board member and International Twinning Officer of the Junior Chamber International JCI - the biggest community of young leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide - for more than 15 years. Therefore, he works closely with the Chamber of Commerce and speaks inter alia on technical disruption and agile transformation for business leaders.
