With more than 6 years in the COO position at a European gaming company. All the expertise gained in the field to help TruePlay build the product that's bound to change gambling industry. Since its work i managed simultaneously over 40 people in 5 different departments, including QA, Financial, live gaming, KYC and AML compliance. I was responsible for creating the project’s technical & financial support, along with its financial transaction algorithms. My specialty is the management and optimisation of financial flows, but i was always in on the company’s day-to-day operations. My precise knowledge of the inner workings of online gaming have allowed me to see the industry’s shortcomings, as well as the solutions to fix them. Which is why my next project is Trueplay.io - a blockchain-based platform for gambling projects, aimed at eliminating unfair gaming practices and unstable financial transactions. At Trueplay i am responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, quality assurance and development. Trueplay is a first blockchain-based project; in it, i sees a gamechanger for the industry that i am been a huge part of for over ten years.
