Phil is a social engineering Guru, fin tech investor, IT expert and trader. Serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in trading assets. He has more than 10 years cognate experience in Saas technology, digital marketing, AI, ECM and ERP related business as well as an IT/Operations Research Development and Planning background. Phil is on the advisory board of XchangeRate Platform and he provides volunteering services to the Project on Strategy and Operations. Phil graduated magna cum laude from Madonna University in 2006 and studied Computer Science. His major focus was Operations Research and Database Application. Phil has also successfully handled prestigious Projects in Africa sponsored by European Union (EU) and UNAID as well as the Federal Government of Nigeria on the Geo-Spartial Portal Project for the Nigerian Population Census data mining which held in 2006 and attributed to the Nigerian Population Commission. Phil was consulted as an Oracle Back-end Specialist for German Contractor BancTec GmbH His research work on Blockchain ecosystem, Internet of Things, Augmented Intelligence and Machine Learning has proven invaluable to the Projects he works with as an Adviser.
