I began my career in the Crypto/ICO world in 2010 when I had a friend buy my first Bitcoin for me. I thought I was brilliant when I sold them in 2011 at a 250% profit. If only... Having led a company through an ICO taught me many of the pitfalls and traps that exist. Only by falling down several times have I learned how to find the red flags on many proposals that almost guarantee failure. My philosophy is simple, keep looking for red flags and problem areas. When you can't find one then you have a winner! I began my career spending 12 years on Wall Street raising money for start up companies. In 2005 I was one of the first 10 hires at JumpTV and successfully participated in going public and beyond. Since then my life has brought me to many exciting opportunities such as ooVoo, Mobile Commons, my own consulting firm, mentorship and finally DashBid where we are trying to make advertising better for everyone.
