After my master business economics at Tilburg University I started working in the adult industry 2001 at Beate Uhse. Beate Uhse is since 1999 a public traded company at the Frankfurt stock exchange. 2005 I became managing director of the wholesale division of Beate Uhse and in 2008 joined the board of Beate Uhse as COO. 2010 I was promoted to CEO to restructure the company and I left Beate Uhse 2015 as board member. During this time I was responsible for USD 200 Mio. Revenues and over USD 10 Mio. EBITDA. in this period I also managed the VOD and licensing side of the business as we lost the income on DVD.
