Won many races as Team principle. And in later 2012 and 2013, started investing in foreclosed properties in USA. Specializing in high yielding properties which can be sourced from the banks. After purchasing properties for the last 5 years, we realized that we can make use of blockchain and smart contracts for real estate transactions and also simplify transactions using cryto currencies. Did a lot of research and spoke to many block chain specialist on smart contracts and block chain. Thus the idea of creating a listing platform for sale of properties using cryto currencies and also to build an eco system for the real estate industry.
