I am a "naripreneur" with about 15 years of general management, people management, operations, ideation and industry domain exposure of finance, banking, software, knowledge companies, consumer goods and engineering. I am adept at handling operations of startups, fast growing mid-market firms and MNC's as a business leader, general manager and process expert. I relate well to the nuances of tactical, strategy and operational requirements of interaction levels spanning sophomores to executive positions. As a process head and enabler I bring to table subject matter expertise of people management, product design, industry methods, learnings, best practices, leadership and advisory capabilities of people centric companies while retaining special interests in information technology led operations. People management, talent, benefits, retention, l&d, competency, practice building and performance measurements are some of my expertise areas. Presently as an investor and CxO member of raksan, I am learning entrepreneurship and have tasked myself with fund raising initiatives, while leading the general operations to streamline a fast-growing product centric startup into its next phase of business life-cycle. I also double up as a product head of a human capital management platform called - hcmSprint - being incubated at raksan for general market.
