Zikry is arguably one of the most significant upcoming thought leaders in the humanitarian sector, and is internationally sought-after to deliver keynotes at a wide variety of high-level industry conferences. He is listed as Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2016, Top 100 World Visionary Leader 2016 alongside notable figures like Malala, and voted as Top 10 Malaysia's Most Innovative Entrepreneurs. Recently, Zikry shared his vision on fintech application in the humanitarian sector at the Finance Tech Innovation 2017 event in Singapore. Prior to Incitement, he worked up-close with multiple United Nations Agencies, was missioned as a diplomat with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Jakarta, and was responsible for pushing the democratisation plan for Myanmar's 2010 Elections. Zikry cofounded Incitement in late 2011, which started off as a movement aiming to transform people's inspiration into tangible action steps towards their personal growth and helping challenged communities. He has spoken at large international conferences such as PODIM, Y.Elites, invited to WE Forum, Start:Up Ljubljana and Zagreb, TEDx events, and many more. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of the SME & Entrepreneurship Business Award Malaysia and is a member of the Grand Jury for the United Nations World Summit Award (WSA).
