Agrello Delta (DLT) is a platform providing a graphical AI-powered interface and templates that allow the user to draft and manage easily legally-binding agreements based on smart contracts and available for multiple parties. Agrello calls these contracts
"smart agreements." Users can create them with a drag-and-drop interface that helps them to customize the already defined templates of contracts such as rental agreements. Agrello provides text-to-code compilers that can read the conventional legal langua
ge and translate it to the platform's markup language that interacts with the smart contract language of Ethereum and Solidity. This also covers the managing of existing current contracts.
The smart agreements are not exactly "legal documentation" but can be used as sustainable proof that two parties entered a contractual agreement that was executed in code and understood by the involved parties. If legal intervention is necessary, both par ties receive a signed event log of fulfilled and breached obligations that can help the court reach a decision.
Agrello uses Ethereum as the main blockchain and mostly uses blockchain technology for the storing of records and the processing of transactions. However, the platform's AI agents and graphical interfaces will execute off-chain, as well as its test-to-code compilers.Comments
