A team of Asian developers started the Asia Coin project which looked promising in the beginning. A
script coin with a very short Proof-of-work phase- only two weeks. However, some issues caused the
team to disappear from the online community completely. As of early 2018, the coin is still being
traded, mostly in Eastern Asia, but the website is down; also there is no whitepaper or other official
information available.
