BitGem (abbreviated BTG) is a cryptocurrency similar to NovaCoin, which was released on 13 May 2013. Mining one block can earn the miners from one to three BTG tokens. This cryptocurrency allows its users to craft different gems with various colors and features. The crafted gems can be distributed to the others BTG holders and traded on the markets. Four different kinds of stones that can be crafted (Diamonds, Rubies, Sapphires, and Emeralds.) The max supply is 1,500,000 BTG.
