Creditbit started back in December 2015 as a Bitcoin-like coin but is based on the Ethereum blockchain. Users can keep their CRB in various Ethereum digital wallets and exchange it. CRB provides Smart Contracts that improve the functionality and the security of the cryptocurrency. Users who own Creditbits can earn more by locking them. This process is similar to the deposits of the banks. Users will get yield for the period they keep CRB locked. Through minting the CRB issues new tokens. The Credit 2.0 is a new project started in 2017. It is open-source and combines a few other projects from the same development team – CreditGAME and CreditMC.
